Public records do the first part
Type your address once. Public records fill in the year it was built and how big it is. Your location sets the rest: how hard the water is, when the first freeze comes, how hot the summer gets.
Only what's in your house
Add the furnace, the dishwasher, the water heater. Point the camera at the nameplate and WellKept reads the make and model off the sticker. No typing model numbers in a dark closet.
Recall checks on every appliance
Every appliance you add is checked against the federal recall database. If one of yours is recalled, you'll know, along with where to get it fixed.
The owner's manual, found for you
WellKept looks up the owner's manual from the model number and keeps it on the appliance page. Some jobs come with a short video of someone doing them.

A freeze in the forecast puts the outdoor faucets at the top of the list the night before. A heat wave moves the condenser check up.

Every job comes with the steps, the time it takes, and what you need before you start. "Flush the water heater" is something you can go and do this afternoon.
